Our club
You chose a BMW!
Obviously an excellent choice.
Since everyone chooses a motorcycle that suits their personality, you will find friends who share your passion in our BMW brand club.
Like BMW Motorrad, we strive for a fresh and quality-focused image. Thanks to this ambition, the consistently excellent atmosphere, and the dedication of our members, we've grown to 2,000 members.
We are looking forward to meeting you!
1984 -
BMW Motor Club Flanders was founded on October 21, 1984, as a non-profit organization with the primary objective of promoting the interests of BMW motorcyclists in Flanders. This objective is understood in the broadest sense.
The BMW Club is primarily a group of friends dedicated to sharing and enjoying our passion. We also promote road safety and organize activities relevant to BMW motorcyclists.
Just like BMW Motorrad, we're constantly expanding our offerings. Over the years, we've created an increasingly diverse range that matches our members' interests: there's truly something for everyone!
All in all, the BMW Club organizes more than 100 events annually. Rides in Flanders or trips across Europe; being active on the road or socializing together at a get-together; continuing education with a course or off-road riding with the GS... It's all possible.
We are strongly committed to communication and information, as evidenced by the BMW Club Journal and our extensive online presence: e-zine, website, Facebook groups, etc. Our members can always contact the secretariat and the board for assistance.
Our independent, BMW-recognized club is part of the worldwide BMW club organization. We are also members of Motorsport Vlaanderen and BEHVA, allowing us to offer even more services.
Thanks to our partners, we can also offer a multitude of additional benefits.
BMW Motor Club Flanders has a unique democratic system. Every member is always welcome at all meetings and can thus help shape policy. All active members have a say in the club's operations. The Board of Directors is appointed by the non-profit organization's working members, who have a supervisory, but not executive, role. This creates a separation of powers.
The basic philosophy is that everyone can freely pursue their passions in their own way. The goal is for everyone to be able to do their own thing. As long as we can do it safely, of course.
Membership of a BMW brand club does not, of course, exclude the possibility of also being a member of a local motorcycle club.
